1. How do I make a purchase?

Purchasing from is easy:

- Check our products and let you inspire by our travel mood

- If you already know what you are looking for, use the menu in the navigation bar or the search bar to find your dream product right away

- Once you have found the right product, select your size and quantities and use the "add to cart" button underneath

- Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the "shopping bag" icon at the top right of the page

- Click on "checkout" to proceed, add shipping and payment details to complete your order

- If you already have a Manebí account, you can log-in and checkout faster using saved shipping and payment details

2. How do I update my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order please contact our customer service. Since we try to process our order as fast as possible to get to you in the shortest time, contact us short after your order is placed and we will do our best to help you out!

3. How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears and apply. Promo codes can't be cumulated with other promotions and will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified

4. What forms of payments does Manebí accept?

Manebí accepts payments from all kind of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and from Paypal

1. How do Manebí fit?

Before making a purchase, you can check our size chart in the dedicated section: Most Manebí fit true to size and are available in EU sizes. Due to the nature of our hand stitched shoes, sizing may vary by style. Please check on each product page for specific sizing recommendations! Your Manebí will also slightly stretch with wear and naturally conform to the shape of your feet

2. How long does a pair of Manebí last?

Manebí espadrilles are perfect shoes for your travels but they won’t last forever. If your Manebí incur any unfortunate damages due to manufacturing contact our customers and we'll be more than happy to help you with care tips or to help you in getting a new pair! For purchases made with other retailers, please reach out to the place of purchase

3. Are Manebí waterproof?

Manebí don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. Our sole presents, besides 100% natural jute, a thin natural rubber layer that protects jute from humidity and the contact with water. The jute bottom of our espadrilles should never get wet. You can keep your Manebí in good shape longer by keeping them dry

4. How do I clean my Manebí?

A damp cloth can remove dirt from the upper of your Manebí. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and use an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. For your Manebí in suede we recommend to apply a modest amount of vinegar with a soft rag or towel. Let it dry and then agitate with a suede brush. Make sure to not get the soles wet! Please email us for any other cleaning instructions

1. When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your Manebí as fast as we can, usually 2-3 working days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out

2. When will I receive my order?

all orders ship out of our warehouse in italy. we do our best to process and ship your order as fast as wind, usually 2-3 working days processing time. during holidays this can be slightly extended.

if your order has been placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following working day

after the order is processed by our team (allow us 2-3 working days) shipping will take approximately the following:

Italy - 1-3 working days

eu countries & new eu countries - 3-5 working days

US & Canada - 5-7 working days

Australia - 5-7 working days

Russia & other countries - 5-7 working days

Manebí cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays

3. How can I track my order?

Refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact our customer service so we can help you

4. How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Standard shipping charges vary by country:

Italy - 4€

Other EU countries - 9€

new eu countries - 19€

US & Canada - 4€ + 5€ per item

Australia - 4€ + 5€ per item

Russia & other countries - 29€

5. Do I have to pay for any additional duty charges?

Orders from outside European Union may suffer duty charges according to local custom regulation. All European Union orders are free of duty charges and the only thing you have to pay is the standard shipping charge

6. What is the return policy?

we extended the return period for all december orders to 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return

returning an item couldn’t be easier. try your shoes on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. we will collect from your home, work or an alternative address 

Manebì will deduct from the refunded amount the cost of the return process, which will be:
•    Italy – 10€
•    Rest of the world – 15€

shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside the eu are responsible for taxes and duties

please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with the original labels and inside the original packaging. returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. returns are accepted only on purchases made directly at

7. How do I return a product?

if you’d like to return a product, just follow these simple steps:

  1. contact our customer service at, indicating your name and order number

  2. we’ll organize the pick-up for you: agree with our customer service on the address and pick-up date

  3. depending on your shipping country, we’ll use 2 carriers:

    • rest of the world (dhl): our customer service will send you by e-mail the waybill label that you’ll have to print and attach to the package

    • italy (sda): our customer service will only confirm you the pick-up and the carrier will come at your address with the waybill label to be attached to the package (no need to pre-print or label anything on the package!)

  4. fill-in the return form you received inside the package

  5. prepare the package with the product/s you’d like to return in the original packaging together with the return form

  6. easily wait for the carrier to come and pick-up your package

Manebì will deduct from the refunded amount the cost of the return process, which will be:
•    Italy – 10€
•    Rest of the world – 15€


if you don’t want us to take care of the return, you can still ship autonomously your package at your charge (shipping expenses for the return won’t be refunded), with the product/s you want to return in its original packaging together with the return form to:

for orders from outside european union, please write on the package "this is a ritorno in franchigia", specifying the invoice issued by the customs duties you paid to receive the package in case you had to pay duty charges

8. When will I receive the refund?

Before issuing the refund, the returned product must be received back at the warehouse. A quality check is then processed in order to see if the product  is  in new condition, unworn, unwashed and free of damages. If all the return policy requirements are met, we will issue the refund and you will receive it in a few working days. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used at the moment of the order

Of course we do! We ship worldwide all over the world. Note that orders from outside European Union may suffer additional duty charges according to local custom regulation, while all European Union orders are free of additional duty charges

Manebí espadrilles have a Spanish soul as they are made by expert craftsmen in La Rioja and an Italian touch as they are designed in Milan. Manebí espadrilles are handmade using century old techniques, which make each pair different and unique

2. What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defected?

We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in perfect shape! For purchases made on, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures and will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase
